No question about the beauty of God's Creation! .. after today, i would still say that Guimaras island has its unique beauty to brag! now the question is, am i a satisfied guest of the island?...nearly, if not because of the attitude of Rico Beach Resort's personnel..i hate to compare becuase after all they have the same beach front and water BUT the 2 differ a whole lot in so many ways...i doubt if the personnel that Rico has are trained professionals - well, obviously they are NOT..and i don't know if its right that when we asked for a receipt after checking out, he just said "LAKAT NA KAMO TO AH"...my question: is it the way you treat your guest? - i think not (coz i worked in a HOTEL for 3 yrs and treating guest like dogs is a major offense and could result to DISMISSAL)...
what do i expect from this?... i don't know, maybe the next time i eat Mangoes i'll think of that SOUR FACED personnel of RICO BEACH RESORT (and just for the record - PIROT ang isa ya ka mata! so wala xa karapatan mag asta nga as if tag-iya xa sang bilog nga guimaras)...its just a shame that the act of a single person can destroy the image of Guimaras.

You know what, you can't deny the fact that each of us has a unique personality but the way you experienced here in Guimaras simply says that you did not exercise your right as a customer... why you didn't ask for the right person or call for the manager if that is the case?...

Somehow in a way i can tell that you have a great time staying in one of the beautiful white beach resort here in GUIMARAS but the mere fact that you were not treated well by the untrained personnel as what you've said is very disgusting, i know... But saying that "the act of a single person could destroy the image of Guimaras?... well I don't believe on that, i can say here that GUIMARAS is still a province where sweet and amiable lads enjoy the beauty of nature.

Sad to hear about that. I think indi lang da ikaw isa nga nag reklamo. Gin pa raid na da sometime ago if you know what i mean.

Of all nga mga resorts da sa alubihod amo gid na damo nga mga reklamo. Mayo gani na post na di para may maka read so that they will know.

i'll just keep my mouth shut here.. daw la naman ko idea about the resort kay la naman ko da kalagaw lately...kag daw la na ko plan after all,heheh!!!

just read this... @ barefoot, you should've filled out a complaint form at the guest assistance centers (Jordan and Buenavista)... it will be dealt with accordingly by the Municipality concerned and the Province as well, especially by the tourism sector...

FYI, if (hopefully none to follow) there will be the same occurrence, please refer to the right people for appropriate action...

still, enjoy the island province of Guimaras...
